Her career began as a family case manager, where she specialized in working with individuals impacted by abuse and neglect.     Clinical areas of focus include anxiety, depression, ADHD, low-risk mood disorders, self-esteem challenges, parent-child conflict, and behavioral management.   • Ja’Neen S. Jenkins, MS, LPC, RYT, BRM Pro, Doula is a licensed mental health therapist with specialized expertise in maternal and family mental health. Holding dual Master’s degrees in Teaching and Mental Health Counseling, she brings a unique integration of education, clinical training, and holistic approaches to supporting children and parents.

    Ja’Neen is trained in evidence-based trauma modalities including EMDR and Brainspotting, and has extensive experience addressing birth trauma, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), infant and child loss, and parenting transitions. She is also a certified yoga instructor, Body Ready Method® Pro, and doula, bringing mind-body practices into both maternal and child wellness.

    Her work emphasizes the critical connection between parental mental health and child development—helping families build stronger attachment, emotional regulation, and resilience. Ja’Neen works closely with parents and children, providing therapeutic support, parenting strategies, and education to foster healthy family systems.

    With a passion for restoring the “village” of support for families, her mission is to equip parents and children with the skills and resources needed to break cycles of trauma and create pathways for lifelong well-being.

Angela brings experience in parent coaching, crisis intervention, short-term counseling, and care coordination, and is skilled in evidence-based practices such as CBT, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing. She especially enjoys helping parents build confidence, strengthen communication within families, and develop strategies that fit their day-to-day lives. Her approach is collaborative and warm, always with the goal of helping families feel understood, supported, and empowered.

His work spans a wide range of clinical environments, including hybrid private practice, collaborative care consulting, and telepsychiatry.

    Dr. Montaser specializes in treating mood disorders, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and PTSD across the lifespan. His approach is evidence-based, patient-centered, and grounded in cultural sensitivity.

    Dr. Montaser has had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and communities, both in the U.S. and internationally. Fluent in English and Arabic, He strives to create a therapeutic space where patients feel respected, understood, and empowered.

  • Elisabeth started her nursing career in labor and delivery at one of the busiest birthing hospitals in the U.S., assisting with hundreds of deliveries from routine to complex. Now specializing in women's reproductive health across the lifespan, her passion lies in the pre-, peri-, and postnatal periods, and she is currently working towards becoming Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C).

    She lives in Chicago with her husband, three daughters, and two Bernese Mountain Dogs, enjoying the outdoors, family cooking, travel, and cheering on her alma mater, The University of Michigan (Go Blue!)
